RETURNS & REFUNDS
All Sales at FHIIT Factory Sports are final. Refunds are approved on a case by case basis.

Supplements
We believe in our highest quality products so much that if you are not 100% satisfied with a purchased from our website, you can return the item(s) within 24-48 hours of the purchase date. Furthermore, all returning items must unused, in original packaging and original seal cannot be broken or damaged.
Apparel
When returning an apparel item;
Item(s) must be unworn & unwashed. Kept free of stains and signs of wear.
All labels must still be attached to return the goods.
Returns must be in its original packaging, packaging must not be damaged.
All tags still need to be attached. If not, the item(s) will not be accepted.
All items are thoroughly inspected before any action is taken.
Returning/ Exchanging an Item
- FHIIT Factory does not accept returns for items that have been used/ removed from original packaging or broken seal.
- Pack the item/s securely in the package along with Order# written on a box/bag or inside the box/bag.
- FHIIT Factory sports does not offer refunds for returns, all sales are final. However, an exchange can be made for the same value of returned item.
- All returns must be made within 24 hours of purchase.
